Saturday, July 18, 2009   Farmers’ Market a Sweet Repeat for Butterfly Lady
Suzanne Tilton made her second appearance as Guest Educator at the Western Wake Farmers’ Market in Cary, North Carolina, this morning. By all measures, it was another great success at this vibrant regional market. Fun butterfly activities with a steady flow of kids (of all ages) was topped off by a marvelous butterfly release.

Also, there were tiny eggs to view, countless caterpillars to hold and a bevy of butterflies to observe. A Monarch (Danaus plexippus) caterpillar even turned into a chrysalis in mere minutes as folks watched nature’s miracle. Read a complete report of today’s visit in Butterfly Calendar.

Until next time...
Enjoy the Butterflies!
